I dunno. I jumped in and set it up because, hey, all the other carnivals have them. But it's GZ's baby and I kind of butted in and I'm not sure where he wants to go with it. I think a more descriptive statement of purpose might be nice (there I go again, jumping). But most of the carnival pages seem to just do those two things: describe the carnival, and offer a central place for links to each one.
I think it will be great to have a centralized location for links to the carnivals. It may also be a good idea to have a few posts of FAQs, like how to tag the posts or what types of posts can be found here.

So, is this blog going to do more than just link to each carnival as it goes up?
